Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Powertrain Parts Data Specialist to manage Detroit Powertrain parts within the Aftermarket system Paragon. You will ensure service items are available and documentation is maintained so customers can easily order parts to repair trucks.

The team focuses on collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement to enhance interactions with all internal and external customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year related experience, or 4 years industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Passion for improving processes and being a self-starter.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple, short-turnaround projects.

Aufgaben

• Import, analyze, and configure parts data to ensure proper technical documentation is uploaded and maintained for the Aftermarket across the introduction and obsoletion of Detroit Powertrain materials.
• Identify the need for Aftermarket parts by interpreting Engineering data and material changes in the Production plant.
• Envision, plan, develop, and publish reports to track data inconsistencies for necessary updates.
• Create presentations with cross-functional departments on larger projects for executive leadership.
• Work with cross-functional teams in the Aftermarket, production, and IT to develop or enhance processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
