Wood's Thermal Power division seeks a Senior Project Manager for hybrid roles at Tucker, GA, Greenville, SC, or Charlotte, NC. Candidates with 15–35 years in power-gen engineering/project management, able to lead major capital projects, are preferred. Qualifications

• 15 plus years of relevant experience managing large capital projects (≥$200MM TIC) in the power generation industry.
• Experience on $1B+ TIC projects desirable.
• Strong background in project management, development, feasibility evaluation, and project finance.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of project controls and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of major power capital projects and programs through all phases.
• Manage multiple small capital projects simultaneously through all phases.
• Engage stakeholders to define scope, execution strategy, and Total Installed Cost.
• Develop execution plans scaled to project size and complexity.
• Deliver financial performance on project assignments.
• Lead negotiations with client on change orders.
• Oversee project cost and schedule development and ensure execution.
• Coordinate multi-discipline engineering and ensure constructability.
