Job summary

A recruiting firm is looking for a BI Developer for a 12-month contract in Nashville, Tennessee. This hybrid position requires expertise in SQL Server and Microsoft BI tools to create a data system from raw data to reports. Responsibilities include automating ETL processes, building data warehouses, and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and extensive experience in BI development, particularly in the fiscal or finance industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proficiency in SQL Server/T-SQL required.
• 5+ years proficiency using Microsoft tools (SSIS, SSAS, BI reporting tools) required.
• 4+ years’ experience as an ETL developer.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development with data warehouses & data marts required.
• Work experience in the Fiscal/Finance industry is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Create a data system project from raw data to reports using Microsoft BI solutions.
• Automate raw data collection using ETL processes.
• Work with stakeholders to understand and deliver project outcomes.
• Develop, configure and deploy SSIS packages.
• Build OLAP cubes/DataMart for analytical reporting.
