Qualifications

• 3+ years of Power BI report/dashboard development.
• Direct experience gathering stakeholder requirements.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, ERP, or operational reporting environments.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Translate business needs into actionable data insights and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operational teams to support data-driven decision making.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain data models and datasets for reporting.
• Ensure report accuracy and data integrity.
• Recommend improvements to reporting processes, metrics, and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide end-user support.
