Job summary

Preferred Credit, Inc. is seeking a Power BI Developer to translate business needs into reliable, user-friendly reports and dashboards. You will partner with data teams to deliver scalable BI solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and semantic modeling, with migration work to Microsoft Fabric. In-office presence in St. Cloud, MN is required, with hybrid work and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of experience developing in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills for data exploration and validation; build Power BI semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysts to implement Power BI solutions.
• Develop semantic models, DAX measures, and optimized queries.
• Migrate dashboards to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Provide hands-on support as analysts upskill.
• Troubleshoot performance issues in Power BI solutions.
