Motion Recruitment is seeking a Business Execution Consultant / Power BI Developer to support technology asset management reporting and governance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will build Power BI dashboards from IT Asset Management data, apply SQL queries, and use Power Query/ETL to prepare data. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential to deliver analytics solutions across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with IT Asset Management / Technology Asset Management data.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Work with IT Asset Management / Technology Asset Management data.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
• Use Power Query / ETL to transform and prepare data.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
