Location Services is seeking a Post Recovery Representative to handle a high volume of inbound calls, act as a process expert for callers, and ensure accurate reporting of repossessions to clients. The role supports multiple client requirements and requires timely administrative tasks with a hybrid schedule in Indianapolis, IN, typically 10am-7pm.

The position emphasizes professional phone interactions, data accuracy, and collaboration with partner departments to meet service levels.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• At least 1 year of customer service in any office related industry.
• Phone experience required and must be able to answer and complete multiple phone lines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls related to post recovery, including scheduling release and escalations.
• Timely reporting of repossessions to clients via email or client systems.
• Obtain all client-required forms for repossessions to meet SLAs.
• Field high-volume inbound calls to schedule vehicle release and coordinate pickup/paperwork.
• Manage lot inventory and track units on lot, including redemption and transport releases.
• Handle contested repossessions to ensure efficient take-back.
• Prepare analytical repossession reports for clients.
• Ensure timely and appropriate client communication.
• Answer phones and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Accurate data typing and research; type at least 40 WPM.
