Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years of related experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience in Point of Sale systems and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain POS cash management systems across sites, including payment posting and reporting.
• Monitor daily cash operations across locations to ensure accurate financial statements.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries, ensuring internal controls and documentation.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of banking transactions to support reporting and decisions.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Assist with POS system implementations and rollouts at new locations.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for POS systems and issue resolution.
• Train cash site personnel on depository procedures and equipment management.
• Maintain proficiency in Workday, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office; SME for processing and reporting.
• Support PCI DSS compliance across POS systems.
