Qualifications

• 8+ years IT project management experience.
• Experience in data management solutions (data warehouses, data lakes, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing clear project documentation.
• Team management through meetings, mentoring and training.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring constant communication with the Office of Data Analytics & Reporting to function as a blended, partnered team with IT.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards.
• Establish a strategic roadmap for projects with TSS vendor and HHS/federal stakeholders.
• Conduct procurement exercises to acquire vendor services for assessment or outsourcing.
• Define timelines and resource requirements for project execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and sponsors to obtain approval of resources and timeline.
• Create project management deliverables for the project.
• Manage day-to-day operations and scrums of various projects and oversee the project team.
• Identify risks and coordinate resolution with project leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
