Qualifications

• 8+ years of Information Technology Project Management experience.
• PMP certification required and listed on the resume.
• 8+ years with Agile Scrum and/or SAFe.
• 8+ years of budgeting experience.
• 8+ years of managing technical software development staff.
• 8+ years of managing customer-oriented Integrated Product Teams.
• 8+ years of business analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
• 8+ years with healthcare insurance systems similar to CMBHS.
• 8+ years of utilizing Azure DevOps.
• 8+ years of UAT experience.
• 8+ years working with PPM systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of assigned projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Lead and manage technical software development teams.
• Manage customer-oriented Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Support business analysis, business process mapping, and requirements documentation.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for project planning, tracking, and delivery management.
• Apply Agile Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Develop project plans, status reports, schedules, risks, issues, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare formal Business Cases and Project Charters when required.
