LifeStance Health is actively seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Utah to join our growing team. You will deliver medication management and therapy for adults and youth, collaborating with physicians and therapists to provide comprehensive behavioral health care.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years PMHNP experience.
• Licensed in Utah with PMHNP certification; DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management for adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Deliver therapy in addition to pharmacologic management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
