Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in a hybrid capacity. The role emphasizes high-quality behavioral healthcare with medication management and therapy for adults and/or children/adolescents.

Qualified candidates must be PMHNPs with an active certification, prescriptive authority, and DEA. Utah licensure is referenced in our postings, with opportunities expanding in the Salt Lake City area and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of PMHNP experience.
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification is required.
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority.
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA registration.
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to patients.
• Provide psychiatric medication management and therapy across adult and pediatric populations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.
