Job summary

Mindfully Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed PMHNP to join as an independent contractor. The role requires a minimum of 24 hours per week with at least 16 hours in-person, plus a mix of days and at least one evening shift.

The position combines in-clinic and telehealth ambulatory work, with on-site support and a physician collaboration framework. The practice emphasizes growth, integrated care with counselors, flexible scheduling, and a 1099 arrangement.

Qualifications

• PMHNP board license required.
• Commit to at least 24 hours per week.
• Willing to work more hours as needed.
• 1099 independent contractor status.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Able to work as part of an integrated care team.
• Two years of clinical health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients as scheduled.
• Collaborate closely with the designated physician to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Maintain a professional and patient-centered approach at all times.
• Manage the healthcare of patients with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and preserve dignity and rights.
• Prescribe medications and non-pharmacological therapies based on the patient’s diagnoses, health history, and age.
• Encourage positive health behaviors through education and counseling.
• Apply standardized care guidelines in clinical practice.
• Perform designated procedures.
• Ensure compliance.
