The role includes in-clinic and telehealth patient care across medically underserved populations in Davenport, IA and surrounding areas. Qualifications

• MSN with PMHNP or related degree.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Iowa and Illinois.
• Board-certified or Board-eligible.
• Complete or eligible to complete requirements for practice in Iowa and Illinois, including Medicare/Medicaid payment agreements.
• Eligible for DEA permission to prescribe controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient behavioral health care in-clinic and via telehealth.
• Provide comprehensive behavioral health services in a community health center setting.
• Manage prevention, diagnosis and treatment for patients with behavioral health needs.
• Maintain licensure and pursue ongoing professional education as needed.
