Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more US states with PMHNP-BC certification.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations with a variety of mental healthcare needs.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, develop treatment plans, prescribe and monitor medications.
• Provide therapy and make referrals as needed.
• Document care and coordinate with healthcare teams.
