Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC) to deliver high-quality behavioral health care in an outpatient setting, with optional telehealth and in-person visits. You’ll assess, diagnose, treat, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients across the lifespan.

The position offers flexible schedules, hybrid work arrangements, above-market compensation with uncapped earnings, extensive benefits, CME, and a collegial, modern office environment

Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more US states with PMHNP-BC certification.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience in medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications.
• Coordinate referrals for additional treatment needs.
• Document clinical encounters and progress notes.
• Provide psychotherapy as part of care.
