Job summary

As a PMHNP, you will diagnose and treat adults, provide individual and group therapy, manage medications, and maintain comprehensive patient records within a hybrid work model that balances in-office and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing.
• Board Certification via ANCC or AANP.
• Valid state PMHNP licensure.
• Active DEA license.
• 12 months post-licensure psychiatric clinical experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• EHR proficiency, NextGen preferred.
• Team collaboration and coordination with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders.
• Work a hybrid model, minimum 3–4 days per week in office.
• Offer individual and group therapy to patients.
• Prescribe and monitor medications as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families about mental health and disorders.
• Participate in community outreach and education.
