Qualifications

• 12+ months of post-licensure psychiatric clinical experience.
• PMHNP with national certification and state license.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid model with 3–4 days per week in office.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Prescribe and monitor medications as needed.
• Maintain detailed patient records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
