Qualifications

• Commercial plumbing knowledge and quotation experience
• Inside sales experience preferred, training available
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams and Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to work cross-functionally
• Fast and accurate typing (40+ WPM)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with integrity

Responsibilities

• Develop quotations based on branch preferences and vendor relations
• Identify relevant materials to quote after training
• Maintain customer and vendor relationships and negotiate as needed
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and meet quotas
• Organize inbound emails and attachments in project folders
• Adhere to SOPs and quotation processes
