Qualifications

• 10 years of practical plumbing design experience, reduced to 5 years with an associate's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams, with clients and construction teams.
• Proficient working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software.
• General working knowledge of plumbing codes.
• Understanding of clash detection and building system coordination.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform plumbing design assignments with general technical guidance on unusual or complex problems.
• Develop plumbing designs for construction.
• Occasion to be on project sites to gather existing plumbing conditions and during construction.
• Coordinate work activities with other design and engineering professionals and project management.
• Support advanced facilities projects for industrial clients.
