Collins Aerospace in Aguadilla, PR, is seeking a Platform Systems Engineer to join the Military Avionics engineering organization. The role involves design, integration, and testing of platform and software applications in an AGILE environment.

The position is hybrid with three onsite days and two remote days per the Manager's schedule. You must reside in Puerto Rico at start; relocation is not offered. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• STEM degree with <2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and use requirements capture, peer review, configuration management, and AGILE tools.
• On-site execution of testing in lab environments (schedule flexibility).
• Support requirements capture and decomposing system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
