Job summary

Judi Health, a health tech company, is hiring a Platform Developer, SRE to strengthen reliability across the Judi® platform. You will work with internal teams to tune monitoring, alerting, and feedback loops.

This role focuses on automated observability, incident response, and aligning with Agile practices. You will help deliver world-class reliability for healthcare data pipelines in a hybrid office setup across New York, Denver, or Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting 24/7 production on-call rotations.
• Automation of Observability & Monitoring with standard incident response.
• Hands-on Terraform and IaC tooling experience.
• Experience with cloud providers AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Scripting skills in Python/Bash and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Distill customer-facing metrics with internal teams.
• Craft monitoring and alerting based on metrics.
• Write Terraform modules to onboard teams to monitoring.
• Drive adoption of world class site reliability practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum planning and ceremonies.
