Dow Jones & Company, Inc. is seeking a Platform Partnerships Manager to oversee health of high-profile partnerships across platforms like Apple News and Snapchat.

You will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring seamless internal workflows, impeccable data, and precise performance tracking. You will drive internal synergy, own performance data, and optimize content experiences while streamlining contract and billing workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital media, account management, or operations with platform partnerships knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and converting data into updates.
• Experience communicating across Legal and Editorial teams, contracts and approvals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across newsrooms, marketing, product, and finance to align partnership goals.
• Own KPI tracking and visualize performance data for third-party platforms.
• Audit and improve user experience for Dow Jones content on partner apps.
• Manage contract routing and billing workflows to keep projects moving.
• Organize cross-functional meetings and manage calendars to engage stakeholders.
