Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead application development and platform modernization team across PM, requirements, QA, and change management.
Own platform architecture and integrations between web platforms, ERP, and WMS.
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize projects and allocate resources.
Coach and lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects on time.
Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.
