Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Plant Controller for our Indianapolis, IN location in a hybrid work model. You will partner with the Exits General Manager and the SBU Leadership Team to guide financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

This role reports to the site leadership and has controllership over the Indianapolis site. You will lead forecasting, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, manage month-end close, and drive financial transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of experience in the finance function of a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, presentation skills, and ability to explain financial results to management.
• Experience with GAAP and internal controls is essential.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Lead forecasting, long-range planning, annual plan, and risk analysis.
• Own P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for the business unit.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
