Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes relevant to own work.
• Answer calls and assist inquiries by phone or email, directing complex matters to colleagues.
• Produce and manage Microsoft documents, databases, and departmental systems; tasks may include budgeting and time/expense recording.
• Handle client service activities and inquiries that are more complex or outside the norm.
