We Are Legal Revolution in the Chicago metro area seeks a Plaintiff-Side Wage and Hour Class Action Attorney with 4 to 10 years of experience to support wage and hour class and collective actions. The role emphasizes fast-paced case work, strong advocacy, and ownership of matters while collaborating with senior trial lawyers.

Hybrid in-office schedule four days per week. Qualified candidates hold a JD from an accredited law school and have demonstrated legal research, writing, and advocacy

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of plaintiff-side class action litigation experience, including wage and hour matters.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work in the Chicago area on a hybrid schedule with in-office days.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage discovery, including written discovery and review strategy.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses.
• Support class and collective action strategy, including certification work.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
• Prepare cases for hearing and trial, including evidentiary submissions.
• Coordinate client communication and case tasks to keep matters on track.
