Medical Management Group of New York, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Representative/Physician Recruiter to support daily office operations in Bohemia, NY.

The role blends administrative support with physician recruitment responsibilities in a medical-legal environment. You will identify and recruit physicians, manage onboarding and credentialing, verify licenses, and maintain provider records while ensuring compliance and ADA accessibility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical office or similar healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly detail orientated.
• Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve creatively.
• Effective multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Thorough with follow-up and documentation.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and recruit physicians, specialists, and clinics through targeted outreach and high-volume cold calling, up to 100 or more calls per day.
• Manage the physician and clinic onboarding and credentialing process from initial contact through completion.
• Verify medical licenses and board certifications.
• Review malpractice history and ensure all required credentials and documentation are obtained.
• Obtain and review physician CVs and the supporting documentation.
• Ensure providers meet all applicable compliance requirements.
• Verify and document ADA-compliant office locations.
• Communicate with providers regarding fee rates and negotiate rates and terms as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records.
• Various projects as needed
