SYED MEDICAL CARE PLLC in Deer Park, NY, is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our solo family practice. You will provide primary healthcare and support both in-person and virtual visits under supervising physicians, serving patients ages 12 and up.

Qualifications

• Mandatory at least one year experience managing your own patient panel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active NY state license.
• Masters Diploma from certified Physician assistant program.
• NCCPA certified.
• Preferred multilingual i.e. urdu, hindi, spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist with in person and virtual visits
• Collaborate with supervising physicians
• Provide primary healthcare services to patients ages 12+
• Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
