You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, analyze policies, and conduct legal research. Arizona bar admission required; state and federal court experience preferred; JD degree from an accredited school.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Arizona; additional admissions are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and briefs.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
• Review documents in preparation for litigation.
• Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
• Submit filings to the court.
