BCG Attorney Search is looking for a motivated insurance defense trial and litigation associate for its Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience and a Juris Doctor degree, as well as admission to the Arizona bar.

This position involves managing a caseload of high exposure litigation across the nation, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research. The firm offers hybrid work flexibility, comprehensive health benefits, and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience in litigation.
• Admission to the Arizona bar required.
• Experience taking depositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 matters.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, and mediations as required.
• Draft and submit pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Monitor trials and evaluate trial records for appeal errors.
• Conduct legal research using legal databases.
• Develop arguments for appeals from briefs and trial transcripts.
