The role involves managing all aspects of civil litigation for insurance defense matters, taking and defending depositions, drafting discovery responses, and handling dispositive motions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense matters.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona is required.
• Experience handling insurance coverage or tort claims is a plus.
• Dual licensure in Arizona and New Mexico is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the civil litigation lifecycle for insurance defense matters.
• Take and defend depositions; draft and respond to written discovery.
• Draft and argue dispositive and other motions, including summary judgment and motions in limine.
• Assist with case strategy, file review, and overall case management; support trial preparation.
