The role requires 5–7 years of fundraising experience, a college degree, a proven gifts track, and comfort with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of fundraising experience, esp. mid-level and corporate giving.
• College degree or equivalent combination.
• Proven track record securing gifts between $10,000-$100,000.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust donor portfolio of mid-level and corporate sponsors and drive year-over-year acquisition.
• Cultivate, solicit and steward a portfolio of donors and sponsors.
• Elevate prospects with $100,000+ capacity to national partners and build cultivation strategies.
• Collaborate with national stakeholders to increase revenue through prioritized initiatives.
• Document donor work in CRM according to SOPs.
