SSM Health at Home Madison Hammersley is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Coordinator to support the financial operations of Home Infusion. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call requirements and requires experience in insurance verification, prior authorizations, billing claims, and denials/appeals.

Under a pharmacist's supervision, you will coordinate workflows across ministries, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience as a pharmacy technician or relevant healthcare field.
• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, days schedule with strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily services and functions of the specialized role at multiple ministries or in a centralized service model, collaborating across team members and ministries to complete work.
• Serves as a resource in the specialized area for regional, system, and external stakeholders; escalates issues as needed.
• Conducts reviews and audits, reports KPIs, and identifies quality improvement opportunities to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Leads education, training, orientation, and competency initiatives for team members in the specialty area.
