Job summary

Moda Health in Portland, OR is seeking a Pharmacy Project Manager to coordinate cross‑functional pharmacy operations initiatives, leading projects from planning through implementation and post‑go‑live support. You will work with Pharmacy Operations, Clinical Pharmacy, IT, Account Management, and vendors to ensure timelines, milestones, and regulatory readiness are met.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in pharmacy operations, strong communication skills, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmacy operations or related healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of PBM, claims adjudication, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementations.
• Experience supporting new client implementations and operational readiness.
• Knowledge of pharmacy workflows and benefit configuration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with timelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project software.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional pharmacy operations projects from initiation to post-implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate implementation activities across Pharmacy Operations, Clinical Pharmacy, Account Management, IT, Compliance, Customer Service, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive resolution.
• Facilitate governance meetings, implementation meetings, and stakeholder discussions with clear agendas and follow-up.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
• Support vendor coordination and external partner relationships.
