Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or equivalent.
• Experience working with rural or underserved communities and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Document and report quality initiatives to stakeholders.
• Summarize data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with marketing and vendors for materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Community Advisory Council convenings to support shared goals.
• Develop interventions addressing social determinants of health and equity.
• Participate in MQIC and support CLAS/Health Equity standards.
• Oversee Community Advisory Council operations and meetings.
• Collaborate with partners to build relationships and health equity tactics.
