Job summary

Cencora is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a hybrid role located in Brooks, Kentucky. You will review prescriptions and patient histories for appropriateness, counsel patients and caregivers, and resolve clinical and administrative issues with professionalism and empathy.

The position runs three days on-site and two days remote per week, with no weekends or holidays and requirements to be licensed in Kentucky (RPh). You will work 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST from home for reviews.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from an accredited college
• Kentucky RPh license in good standing required
• 2–3 years of related pharmacy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and patient history for appropriateness
• Provide counseling to patients and caregivers with professionalism
• Identify and resolve clinical or administrative issues
• Work from home providing pharmacist review between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
