Job summary

Cencora is seeking a pharmacist for a hybrid role based in Brooks, Kentucky. The position combines three on-site days with two remote days each week, with duties centered on clinical review and patient support.

You must hold an unrestricted Kentucky Pharmacist license and have 2–3 years of practice experience. Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, evaluating patient history, and counseling patients and caregivers between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Kentucky state license as a Registered Pharmacist is required.
• Requires 2–3 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience.
• Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and patient history for appropriateness.
• Identify and resolve clinical or administrative issues.
• Provide counseling to patients and caregivers between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
• Support pharmacist review and patient care from home as part of hybrid schedule.
