Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and patient medical history for appropriateness.
• Counsel patients and caregivers with professionalism and empathy.
• Identify and resolve clinical or administrative issues.
• Work from home reviewing pharmacist cases 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST.
• Collaborate with a highly collaborative pharmacy team.
