Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Pharmacist for the Central Pharmacy, IV room, and OR Satellite at Baptist Jacksonville. The role supports patient orders, authorizations, and dispensing, with hybrid duties and shift schedules from 9:00 AM–7:30 PM or 11:00 AM–10:00 PM and every fourth weekend.

The position involves supervising technicians, consulting with medical staff, and supervising pharmacist functions while gaining clinical experience within a large faith-based health system.

Formación

• Registered Pharmacist license in Florida required.
• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• In-patient hospital pharmacy experience preferred; PGY1 residency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter orders with accuracy and check technician work before release.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and participate in committees as assigned.
• Consult with medical staff and answer questions on medications and regimens.
• Monitor patient therapy as assigned, including pharmacokinetics services.
