Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
- Experience with the Electronic Health Record and CPOE.
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an informatics liaison between clinical end users, operational leaders, and Information Systems.
- Analyze, design, configure, test, and support clinical information systems and workflows.
- Act as a consultant for process redesign and workflow improvement initiatives.
- Support project implementation, change management, and user adoption.
- Identify, triage, and coordinate resolution of system and workflow issues.
- Participate in governance, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration efforts.
- Perform rounding and engagement with perioperative and procedural teams to maintain strong communication and alignment.
