Job summary

RemyCorporation in the greater Boston area is seeking a PeopleSoft Financials Analyst for a permanent, hybrid role. You will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to support critical financial applications, drive process improvements, and contribute to strategic technology initiatives.

Responsibilities include acting as primary support for PeopleSoft Financials modules, analyzing issues, designing test scenarios, coordinating changes, and ensuring end-to-end project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting financial systems in a business or enterprise environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, change management, and implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support resource for one or more PeopleSoft Financials modules
• Analyze and troubleshoot system and operational issues
• Create and execute testing scenarios for enhancements, upgrades, and projects
• Support software maintenance, patches, fixes, and system enhancements
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Support reporting and integrations between enterprise applications
• Lead projects and act as a subject matter expert for assigned applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, architecture, analytics, and project management
• Maintain system documentation and support end-user training initiatives
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and process optimization
