Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Pega Developer to join our Washington, DC team onsite four days a week with one remote day. Candidates must be a US citizen and hold an active Top Secret clearance.

The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying Pega applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring code quality. A bachelor’s degree and 1+ year PRPC experience with Pega certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1+ year of experience with Pega PRPC.
• Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) preferred.
• Pega Architecture (Intermediate).
• Pega Platform (Intermediate).
• Pega Software Application Development (Intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Pega applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements.
• Develop and implement Pega applications.
• Customize and configure Pega solutions.
• Integrate Pega with other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
