Job summary

TES Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support children and families in Visalia and surrounding Central Valley communities. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-person visits and virtual consultation, with opportunities to mentor COTAs and collaborate with education teams to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold California state OT license.
• Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits for work (25/50k liability).
• Must clear FBI/DOJ background check and have a current TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct Early Intervention services with children and families.
• Engage in 1:1 parent coaching and family-centered care.
• Mentor and supervise COTAs and other clinicians.
• Provide virtual OT consultation and support across California.
• Represent OT services in interdisciplinary and educational meetings.
• Maintain flexible scheduling within a collaborative team environment.
