Job summary

Total Education Solutions (TES) is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Greater Sacramento area. The role offers a hybrid schedule with remote documentation, consultation, supervision, and in-person services to support students.

You’ll deliver direct OT services, conduct evaluations, and participate in IEP meetings while mentoring COTAs and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to expand OT services across the region. TES emphasizes sustainable caseloads and clinician support.

Qualifications

• California license/certification in Occupational Therapy required.
• Ability to collaborate with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services with a hybrid schedule.
• Conduct evaluations, prepare reports and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with families, educators and a multidisciplinary team to develop meaningful solutions for students.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Occupational Therapy Assistants and help develop future clinicians.
• Help expand OT services throughout the Greater Sacramento area and contribute to a supportive team culture.
