Nemours Children's Health is seeking an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Liaison for a Full-time HYBRID role based in Orlando, Florida. The position focuses on establishing the EMS outreach program, educating EMS providers, and strengthening hospital-EMS partnerships within Central Florida.

The role requires field visits, collaboration with clinical leaders and the Business Development team, and ongoing education initiatives to improve pediatric emergency care and patient outcomes.

Formación

• ASN required, BSN preferred.
• Minimim of 2 years of expereince as a Paramedic, Fire & Response; minimum of 3 years experience in field.
• Current valid State of Florida license as an EMT, Paramedic or RN.
• Must obtain within 30 days after hire: BLS certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida, within a defined geographic territory to EMS Agencies and Providers through face-to-face meetings.
• Develop and implement an EMS outreach program in collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Clinical teams, identify needs and opportunities, and follow up with EMS sources.
• Deliver and coordinate education/training programs for EMS providers and hospital partnership Emergency Medicine teams.
• Conduct debriefs and case reviews with EMS teams to identify improvements and patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to pediatric emergency care and EMS interactions.
• Maintain client account management records of field calls using the PRM tool and document visits and follow-ups.
• Analyze EMS transport and patient outcomes to identify trends and.strategy; produce quarterly territory assessments.
• Maintain EMS room with educational materials for EMS teams.
• Attend Meetings, Huddles, and rounding with manager and Business Development.
