PGW Auto Glass is seeking a Payroll Associate to support weekly and semi-monthly payrolls across the United States and Canada. This role emphasizes hourly payroll administration, filings, and timekeeping support within a collaborative Finance and HR environment.

You will work with the Payroll Manager and HRIS teams to maintain accurate payroll data, respond to inquiries, and assist with year-end activities. In-office or hybrid arrangements available to suit business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll, HR, accounting, or related administrative experience.
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll or HRIS systems; UKG Pro experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for U.S. multi-state and Canadian employees using UKG Pro.
• Review, enter, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain payroll records and assist with resolving discrepancies.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits and reconciliations.
• Support payroll filings, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate with HR, HRIS, Benefits, and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain payroll procedures, checklists, and documentation.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities (W-2s, tax filings, reconciliations).
• Work with UKG support and vendors to resolve issues.
