Sonida Senior Living is a leading operator of independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage daily payroll for our multi-site organization in a hybrid role.

You will ensure accurate payments to employees while partnering with HR and accounting to uphold financial controls. The role requires multi-site payroll experience, strong communication, and collaboration to connect HR services with payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in payroll.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of payroll processing experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in multi-site payroll processing is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Administers payroll processing for company communities.
• Ensures HRIS reflects new hires, terminations and employee changes.
• Provides Tier II support to management and employees on payroll records.
• Partners with HR and accounting to refine processes and ensure accurate payroll reporting.
