You’ll use Excel to analyze data, partner with internal teams, and adapt to evolving systems. The role emphasizes moving beyond task completion to apply analytical problem-solving in a changing payroll landscape.

The position supports a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work, emphasizing accuracy, collaboration, and leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of payroll experience.
• Experience processing high-volume, multi-state and multi-entity payroll.
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables and lookup functions (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP).
• Attention to detail and accuracy; adaptable to evolving technology.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume payroll accurately and on time across multiple states and entities.
• Review payroll data, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot before employees are affected.
• Partner with internal teams to research and resolve payroll questions.
• Use Excel and payroll systems to review, organize, and analyze payroll data.
• Work with AI-supported systems and new technology to improve payroll efficiency.
