You will manage bi-weekly payroll, audit payroll workflows with SuccessFactors, ADP, and other systems, generate reports, respond to inquiries, and participate in process improvements

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely for all eligible employees.
• Review and process payroll transactions including calculations for new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, retroactive pay, tax updates, and deductions.
• Audit and validate payroll data across SuccessFactors, ADP, WorkForce Software (WFS), and other integrated systems.
• Transmit payroll files to ADP and verify successful processing and data integrity.
• Generate payroll reports and respond to employee payroll inquiries with resolutions.
